Abstract :
The numbers of child labourers are day-by-day enlarging. At present near across India about 11 crores child labours are deployed in various industries, businesses, factories and living in an unbearable, inhuman conditions: it is a regrettable condition for any of the societies or nation claiming itself as a civilized, developed. The rise number of child labours in the country is not coincidental, in fact it is an out come of policies and aims adopted by the political and policy makers. On the one hand young, adult need youth are made to wander due to lack work and on the other hand ranging in same numbers, the children, below the 14 years of age, are put to work by being deprived off their education, nurturing and tender childhood. Deploying small children at work is by all means an inhuman and anti-constitutional act.
